“Weather Report” for Wellbeing

2019 – Present

As part of the South West Creative Technology Network Automation Fellowship (link) we have been researching mental health mapping and mood monitoring and the use of automation to assist.

The user group we’re aiming for are men aged 45-55 who have the highest rate of suicide in the UK as they’re least likely to seek help and wait for crisis point to get help. We’re currently at the early developmental stage and have been doing workshops with this group to physically map out specific areas of their lives and draw emotions. We are also doing research into the wider use of wellbeing tracking tools which you can contribute to below.
