See the first Music Memory Boxes in Warwick Museums
At the start of 2017, a key focus at STUDIO MEINECK has been getting our eight commissioned Music Memory Boxes to Warwick Museums. Music Memory Boxes are now at Warwick’s Market Hall Museum, ready for the grand unveiling of the £1.5 million refurbishment
The long awaited re-opening of Market Hall Museum is set to take place later this month. The museum will be relaunched on Saturday 18th February offering free entry to the public.
We’re excited that our Music Memory Box is a key part of the newly curated Market Hall Museum. We’re looking forward to seeing how Music Memory Box will be used to share tales of Warwickshire history through objects and recordings.
If you’re based near Warwick, there’s a free event taking place on Saturday 25th February. Chloe will be hosting a Storytelling Saturday, where you will have the chance to help Market Hall Museum curate their first visitor focused Music Memory Box. Share your memories of Warwickshire through objects, make an object and record audio and leave them as keepsakes for others to listen to.
As always, if you’re interested in keeping up to date with the latest developments, follow Music Memory Box on Twitter.
